Cancellation Policy
If a session is cancelled with less that 24 hours notice, refunds are offered at the coach's discretion. A session rescheduled within one week (7 days) of the originally scheduled date will not incur a cancellation fee. Please email Nathan Whitmer directly with scheduling questions or payment issues. Any disruption to a virtual session due to network connectivity issues or other technical difficulties will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and could result in action including rescheduling, session vouchers, discounts on future sessions, or forfeiture of both session and payment.
