Cancellation Policy

If a session is cancelled with less that 24 hours notice, refunds are offered at the coach's discretion. A session rescheduled within one week (7 days) of the originally scheduled date will not incur a cancellation fee. Please email Nathan Whitmer directly with scheduling questions or payment issues. Any disruption to a virtual session due to network connectivity issues or other technical difficulties will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and could result in action including rescheduling, session vouchers, discounts on future sessions, or forfeiture of both session and payment. Natan Whitmer Actor Coaching makes no guarantees about professional outcomes as a result of a session(s). Nathan Whitmer Actor Coaching cannot guarantee job offers, callbacks, or another other industry perks or connections. Acting Coaching sessions are for educations purposes only. Individual results may vary.
